When we first started our short term rental journey, we were shocked by the cost of property management! So for almost three years now, we have managed our North Georgia rentals earning continuous Super Host status, Guest Favorite badges, and an average 4.9/5 star rating on over 150 stays!
We have a deep love for connecting with our guests and helping them have the best stay possible for their vacation. But that's not always easy here in the mountains, whether it's a late same day check-in request or something broken at the property, there's always something that comes up.
That is why we created Wilderness Destination Retreats, to help other people who want to get into STR ownership by taking some of this work off of their plates and letting them keep more of the profits.
