  • They often handle basic on-site tasks

Virtual Property Management

  • You control the listing, and we have limited access for the core tasks

  • You handle all finances and send us a payout at the end of the month​

  • We handle all daily operations (guest messaging, cleaner scheduling, calendar management etc.)

  • We do not handle any on-site tasks, but we will communicate with local contractors

  • Charge $300 + 10% of revenue over $3,000
